小池 貴之 Kino Koike

1980年、北海道函館市生まれ。2005年、立命館大学大学院理工学研究科修了。
東京・京都・函館を拠点に制作と発表を行なっている。
写真メディアが持つ記録の機能に注目し、時間や場所の歴史、記憶を残すための作品を制作。
多くのプロジェクトは、ゼラチンシルバー・鶏卵紙・湿板写真等のアナログ技法を用いている。
近年の代表作として「街と体温-香港-」「Домой-シベリア鉄道-」(ゼラチンシルバープリント)、「浜さ」(鶏卵紙)がある。
屋久島国際写真祭 YPF PHOTO AWARDS ファイナリスト(2022年)、KYOTOGRAPHIE 京都国際写真祭 KG+SELECT ファイナリスト(2023年)。

Born 1980 in Hakodate, Hokkaido. Master of Science in Information Systems, Ritsumeikan University, 2005. Based in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Hakodate, where he creates and presents his works.
He focuses on the recording role of photographic media, creating works to preserve the history, memories, and temporal aspects of places. Many of his projects utilize analog techniques such as gelatin silver, albumen print, and wet plate photography. Recent notable works include “The Street and Atmosphere: Hong Kong,” “Домой: Trans Siberian Railway” (gelatin silver print), and “Hama sa” (albumen print). Finalist in the YPF PHOTO AWARDS (2022) and the KYOTOGRAPHIE International Photography Festival KG+SELECT (2023).
